The project aimed to rehabilitate and restore the Operating and Sterilization Department at Friends of the Patient Charity Hospital following the damages incurred during the war on Gaza. The damages were assessed, quantities documented, and all necessary documents prepared to supervise the project implementation.

The challenge lay in the scarcity of materials and supplies in Gaza due to the imposed blockade. However, with the cooperation of all parties involved, we were able to successfully complete the project to the best possible standard.
